Rumah Nurul Iman is professionally managed by four officers and six support staff.

Nurul Iman Orphans and Poor Care Center has no permanent financial resources. Currently, approximately 20% of the operating costs are from the Center's own Founder's resources while the rest is aid from the public and from other associations or organizations. A total of Fourteen Thousand Malaysian Ringgit is required every month to finance the operating costs of the Nurul Iman Orphanage and Poor Care Center. The amount includes site and building rent, food and education.
